Key Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Teachers in managing and engaging a group of preschoolers aged 2 to 5
- Help organise classroom activities, learning corners and interactive play sessions
- Support children in basic routines like snack time, hygiene, settling in and transitions
- Contribute to a safe, warm, and nurturing classroom environment
- Prepare classroom materials and maintain cleanliness and order
- Observe and report children’s development to the teacher-in-charge
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities
The Ideal Candidate would be
- A fresh graduate or diploma holder passionate about working with young children
- Patient, gentle, empathetic and full of positive energy
- Creative and open to learning hands-on
- Comfortable working in a structured yet playful environment
- A great communicator and have interpersonal skills
